TRIPLE ORANGE AMBROSIAL SALAD 
2 c. boiling liquid (water or fruit syrup)
2 (3 oz.) or 1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange flavored gelatin
1 pt. orange sherbet
2 (11 oz.) cans mandarin orange segments, drained
1 c. flaked coconut
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. dairy sour cream or 1/2 c. heavy cream, whipped

Pour boiling liquid over gelatin in a bowl. Stir until dissolved. Add orange sherbet. Stir until melted. Stir in 1 can of mandarin segments. Pour into 6 cup ring mold. Chill. Combine remaining ingredients. Chill at least 3 hours. Fill center of unmolded salad with fruit mixture.
