TRIPLE APPLE SALAD 
1/2 c. nuts
1 pkg. apple flavored gelatin
Juice of 1/2 lemon
1 1/2 c. diced, unpared red apples
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. sliced seeded red grapes
1 1/2 c. apple juice

Heat 1 cup of the apple juice to boiling. Add gelatin and stir until dissolved. Add remaining apple juice and lemon juice. Chill until partially congealed. Fold in apple, celery, grapes, and nuts. Pour into a 1 quart mold. Chill until firm. Unmold on salad greens. Garnish this with unpared apple wedges. Serves 6.
