TRIPLE BEAN SALAD | |
1 (1 lb.) can undrained French style green beans 1 (1 lb.) can undrained wax beans 1 (1 lb.) can undrained red kidney beans 1 med. onion, thinly sliced 1/4 c. chopped green pepper (opt.) 1/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. celery salt or celery seed 1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate (opt.) 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 3/4 c. cider vinegar 1 tbsp. soy sauce Combine all ingredients in large bowl; cover. Chill overnight; drain well just before serving; toss lightly. Serve immediately. Yield: 10 servings. About 61 calories per serving. |
