CHICKEN SALAD 
1 cooked hen, chopped
2 apples, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. chopped sweet pickles
4 boiled eggs, diced
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix with enough mayonnaise to moisten. Maybe enough pickle juice to taste. Sprinkle salt and pepper to taste. Serve on lettuce leaf or alone with crackers (Ritz, etc.).
