OREO PUDDING 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 stick butter, softened
2 pkgs. instant french vanilla pudding
3 1/2 c. milk
2 (8 oz.) cartons frozen whipped topping
1 1/2 pkgs. oreo cookies, crushed to look like dirt

Blend together cream cheese and butter; blend lightly until fluffy. Prepare pudding mix with milk according to package directions. Fold into cream cheese mixture; fold in whipped topping. Arrange cheese mixture and cookies in layers; end with cookies on top. Chill 6 hours or over night.
