OREO PUDDING 
24 oz. pkg. Oreo cookies
1 stick butter, melted
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
2 lg. boxes of instant vanilla pudding
4 1/2 c. cold milk
8 oz. Cool Whip

Set aside 8 or 9 cookies. Crumble remaining cookies in a large bowl. Pour melted butter over crumbled cookies. Set aside. Mix cream cheese and 1 cup milk together. Set aside. Mix pudding and 3 1/2 cups milk. Add cream cheese mixture. Pour over cookies. Top with Cool Whip. Crumble the remaining cookies on top. Chill.
