HOT THREE BEAN SALAD 
3 slices bacon, coarsely chopped
1 tbsp. all purpose flour
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. cider vinegar
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can cut green beans, drained
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can cut waxed beans, drained
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can red kidney beans, drained
1 med. onion, peeled thinly sliced

Put bacon in 1 quart glass measuring pitcher. Microwave 4 minutes on high, uncovered. Stir once. Stir flour, sugar and vinegar into bacon mixture. Cook uncovered, in microwave for 3 minutes on high. Stir once. Combine beans and onions in 1 1/2 quart glass casserole. Heat uncovered until warm, about 3 minutes. Pour bacon dressing over bean mixture and stir well. Yield: 10 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
