KAHLUA - PECAN BRIE 
1 (15 oz.) mini-brie
1/2 c. finely chopped pecans, toasted
2 tbsp. kahlua (or other coffee-flavored liqueur)
1 1/2 tbsp. brown sugar

Remove rind from top of cheese, cutting to within 1/2 inch of outside edges. Place in an oven-safe dish. Combine pecans, kahlua and brown sugar; spread over top of cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 3 to 5 minutes or just until soft. Serve immediately with apple slices or gingersnaps. Yield: 12 to 15 servings.
