7-UP CAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines lemon supreme cake mix
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding mix
4 eggs
3/4 c. oil
1 1/4 c. 7-Up

Mix all ingredients and blend with electric mixer on low for 1 minute, then on medium for 3 minutes. Pour into 9"x13" greased and floured cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 c. sugar
1 c. crushed pineapple
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 stick butter
2 beaten eggs
1 c. coconut
2 tbsp. lemon juice

Combine sugar, pineapple, cornstarch, butter and eggs. Cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Add coconut and lemon juice. Pour over cake and cool before serving.
