1 box lemon supreme cake mix
4 eggs
1 lg. pineapple instant pudding mix or vanilla
1 (10 oz.) 7-Up (not too cold)
2/3 c. Wesson oil

Mix well and pour into tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

ICING:

1 egg, beaten
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans, break into pieces

Mix all ingredients in pan and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes. Spoon hot icing on cake.
