TEXAS CHILI 
1 lb. ground round
1 sm. onion
1 clove garlic
1/2 green pepper
1 tbsp. oil
1 stalk celery
1 can tomatoes
1 can chili beans
1 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. coarse pepper

Brown onion, celery, green pepper in oil. Cook until clear. Add ground round and garlic chopped fine. Cook until meat is brown. Add 1 can tomatoes and 1 can Bush's chili beans and seasonings. For hot chili use Ro-Tel tomatoes.
