TEXAS CHILI 
1 tsp. salt
1 lb. ground round
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tbsp. chili powder
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 lb. can tomatoes
1 (4 oz.) can tomato sauce

Shake salt in bottom of skillet and heat. Brown meat in skillet; drain. Add Worcestershire sauce and chili powder. Add celery, green pepper, and onions. Cook until tender. Add tomatoes and tomato sauce. Cover and simmer 30 minutes.

Variations: Put corn chips or tortillas on plate, then layer chili, lettuce, sour cream, onions, tomatoes, guacamole, in any combination.
