TEXAS CHILI CHEESE ROLL 
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
1 (16 oz.) pkg. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
Dash of garlic pepper
2 c. finely chopped pecans
2 tbsp. chili powder

Beat cream cheese until smooth. Stir in cheddar cheese, garlic pepper and pecans. Shape mixture into a log, then roll in chili powder. Chill before serving. Slice to serve on crackers. Yield: 7 cups.
