TEXAS - STYLE CHILI 
3 lbs. boneless stew beef, cut into 1/2 inch cubes or 3 lbs. lean ground beef
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped green pepper
3 cloves garlic, chopped
2 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes, undrained & broken up
2 c. water
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
8 tsp. Wyler's Beef-Flavor Instant Bouillon or 8 beef-flavor bouillon cubes
2 tbsp. chili powder
1 tbsp. ground cumin
2 tsp. oregano leaves
2 tsp. sugar

In large kettle, brown beef (if using ground beef, pour off fat). Add onion, green pepper and garlic; cook and stir until tender. Add remaining ingredients. Cover; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer 1 1/2 hours (1 hour for ground beef) or until meat is tender. Serve with corn chips and shredded cheese if desired; or over rice. Refrigerate leftovers. Serves: 6.
