DAD'S FAVORITE CREAM CHEESE PIE 
Graham cracker crust
1/4 c. melted butter
4 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. grated lemon rind
3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 carton sour cream
3 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Combine cream cheese, eggs, lemon juice and rind, sugar and vanilla. Beat until light and frothy. Pour in crust and bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

Blend sour cream with 3 1/2 tablespoons sugar and vanilla. Remove pie from oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes. Then pour cream mixture over pie. Return to oven and bake 10 minutes. longer. Place in refrigerator 5 hours before serving.
