STRAWBERRY TRIFLE 
1 pt. fresh strawberries
2 c. vanilla pudding
1 prepared angel food cake
1 carton heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese

Hull and slice strawberries. In glass trifle bowl, arrange berries (1/2 pint) along side of the bowl. Place remaining berries in blender. Add 2 tablespoons sugar.

Beat pudding (already prepared) and cream cheese at medium speed. Place half of crumbled cake in the bowl. Pour 1/2 of pureed berries over cake. Top with 1/2 of the pudding. Repeat layers. Cover and chill 24 hours. Top with whipped cream.
