CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef (put 3/4 meat in bottom of pan)
2 onions, peeled & sliced
2 potatoes, peeled & sliced
2 lg. carrots, grated
Salt
1 can mushroom soup
Put rest of ground beef on top
1/2 c. water

Let cook slow for 30-40 minutes, cover with lid while cooking. When done put sliced cheese on top and let them melt.
