LO-CAL CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 sm. head cabbage
1 lb. chopped meat
Salt and pepper
1 garlic clove
1 sm. chopped onion
1/3 c. raw rice
1 can tomato soup
1 can water

Coarsely chop cabbage into greased baking casserole. Scramble chopped meat in frying pan until browned. Add salt, chopped garlic and onion. Put rice in casserole on cabbage. Add meat in layers. Top with soup and water. Cover dish tightly. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour.
