ITALIAN CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1/2 head cabbage, boiled and drained
1 lb. lean ground meat
1 lg. onion
3 ribs celery
1 bell pepper
1 can tomato sauce
1 pkg. spaghetti sauce mix
Progresso bread crumbs
Grated Parmesan cheese

Brown ground meat with onion, celery, bell pepper. Drain. Add tomato sauce and spaghetti sauce mix. Cook on low fire a few minutes. Add bread crumbs to slightly thicken. Layer meat sauce, cabbage, and cheese until used up. Top with bread crumbs. Bake until top is brown.
