OLD FASHIONED EGG CUSTARD 
2 eggs
1 tbsp. flour
Butter, size of walnut
A dash of nutmeg
1 c. sweet milk
1 c. sugar

Beat eggs; add flour, mix thoroughly. Add milk, sugar and melted butter. Mix and pour in favorite pie shell. Add a generous sprinkling of nutmeg. Bake in moderate oven until custard becomes firm.
