4 eggs, beaten
2 1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients and beat well. Put into unbaked pie shell. Bake in preheated 450 degree oven for 10 minutes then reduce the heat to 350 degrees and bake 40 to 50 minutes more. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake pie on a cookie sheet.
