PORCUPINE MEATBALLS 
1 lb. hamburg
1 egg
2 cans tomato soup
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 tbsp. minced onion
1/4 c. rice
Salt and pepper

Mix hamburg, egg, minced onion, rice, salt and pepper in bowl. Heat in pan 2 cans of tomato soup and 1 can of tomato sauce. Stir and mix in water to desired thickness. Make meatballs; put into tomato mixture. Simmer for 40 minutes.

Make desired amount of cooked rice on the side for the meatballs to go on top of it.
