GRAIG'S HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. hash browns (1 large bag)
1 (16 oz.) tub dairy sour cream (not Darigold)
1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
3 bunches green onions, chopped
10 oz. shredded sharp cheddar cheese
2 to 4 cups chopped ham
1 (16 oz.) pkg. chopped cooked bacon
4 tbsp. (1/2 stick) melted butter (goes on top before baking)
breadcrumbs, for sprinkling (Progresso or 4C)
salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease a 9x13-inch pan and set aside.

Combine first seven ingredients in a bowl and pour into prepared pan. Top with melted butter and then sprinkle bread crumbs.

Bake at 325°F for 1 hour.

Note: Use only white part of green onions. Salt and pepper, to taste.
