IMPOSSIBLE CHICKEN AND BROCCOLI
PIE
 
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
1 1/2 cups cut up cooked chicken
1 1/3 cups milk
3/4 cup Bisquick baking mix
3 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
2/3 cup chopped onions
3 eggs

Heat oven to 400°F. Grease a 10 x 1 1/2-inch pie pan.

Rinse broccoli under cold water to thaw. Drain thoroughly. Mix broccoli, 2 cups cheese, chicken and onions in pie plate. Beat eggs and Bisquick in blender until smooth, 15 seconds or 1 minute by hand. Pour into plate over other ingredients.

Bake at 400°F until knife inserted in center comes out clean, about 25 to 35 minutes. Put remaining cheese on top. Cook only until cheese is melted. Cool 5 minutes to set.
