1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
3 c. shredded cheddar cheese (12 oz.)
1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, diced
2/3 c. chopped onion
1 1/3 c. milk
3 eggs
3/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
3/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. seasoned bread crumbs

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate 10 x 1 1/2 inches. Rinse broccoli to thaw. Drain thoroughly. Mix broccoli, 2 cups cheese, chicken and onion in plate. Beat eggs and milk, baking mix, salt and pepper until smooth. Pour over chicken and broccoli. Mix in pie plate. Bake 25 to 35 minutes until knife comes out clean. Top with remaining cheese and bread crumbs. Bake another 1 to 2 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
