DELICIOUS ARTICHOKE BALLS 
2 (15 oz. ea.) cans artichoke, drained
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. olive oil
1/3 to 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
3/4 cup Italian bread crumbs
2 tbsp. garlic powder (or garlic clove, minced)
1/2 tsp. onion powder
salt and pepper, to taste

Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare large baking pan with non-stick cooking spray (Pam).

Place artichokes in food processor with lemon juice, olive oil and blend together until artichoke leaves are well chopped. Add Parmesan cheese, Italian bread crumbs, garlic, dry seasonings in large bowl. Mix all ingredients together. Roll artichoke mix into small round balls on prepared pan.

Bake at 350°F or until golden brown. Enjoy.
