HASH BROWN POTATO BAKE 
1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 (8 oz.) carton plain sour cream
1 (8 oz.) jar Cheez Whiz
1/2 c. melted butter
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 can cream of celery diluted with 2/3 c. water
2 c. crushed potato chips

Defrost potatoes in large bowl. Add all ingredients (except potato chips). Mix well. Pour into buttered 9"x13" dish. Top with 2 cups crushed potato chips. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 12.
