HILDE'S BAKED HASH BROWN
POTATOES
 
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
1 med. onion, diced
1 (10 oz.) can cream of potato soup
1 (10 oz.) can cream of celery soup
1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
Paprika, if desired for top

Blend all ingredients and pour into a greased casserole dish or 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 1 hour. About 8 generous servings.
