BROCCOLI AND BACON CASSEROLE 
1 lg. pkg. broccoli
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Cheddar cheese
French fried onion rings
3/4 can milk
5 slices bacon
Reserve 2 tbsp. bacon drippings

Boil broccoli and drain. Fry bacon and set aside. Place 2 tablespoons bacon drippings in an oblong pan. Place broccoli in pan.

Heat mushroom soup and milk until bubbling. Stir and pour over broccoli. Crumble bacon and place over soup. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes or until bubbling. Add onion rings and bake until brown.
