BROCCOLI & TATER TOT CASSEROLE 
Tater rounds
1 lb. browned hamburger
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, thawed
1/2 c. Durkee French fried onions
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. mild Cheddar cheese, grated
1/2 tsp. pepper
2/3 c. milk

Line an 8 x 12 inch casserole dish with tater rounds. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Layer hamburger and broccoli on tater rounds.

In small bowl mix soup, milk, half of cheese, half of onions and pepper. Pour over hamburger and broccoli. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 30 minutes. Sprinkle rest of cheese and onions on top and bake 5 more minutes, or until cheese is melted.

Very very tasty recipe. However, this needs to cook quite a bit longer then 30 minutes. The taters were warm but not soft and hot. I would give the recipe 50-60 minutes instead.
