APPLE PIE MOONSHINE | |
1 gallon apple cider 1/2 gallon apple juice 1 cup white sugar 1 cup brown sugar 6 cinnamon sticks 750 ml of Everclear grain alcohol (or) moonshine Mason jars & lids You will need a stockpot large enough to hold at least 2 gallons. Heat the apple juice and cider over medium heat. As it begins to warm - add the white sugar first, stir - then add the brown sugar and cinnamon sticks. Bring stockpot to boil, stir mixture until all sugar is dissolved. Cool mixture to room temperature. Add the 750ml of Everclear grain alcohol (or) moonshine. If using the grain alcohol - make SURE it is Everclear, so you do not taste the alcohol. Pour into mason jars, put on the lids. NOTE: this one will sneak up on you - so if your smart - you will wait about 20 minutes between drinks.... Submitted by: Phyllis |
