PEANUT CLUSTERS 
2 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 (12 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips
24 oz. salted Spanish peanuts

Combine chocolate and butterscotch morsels in a large microwavable bowl. Heat in microwave on 60% power for 5-6 minutes, or until chips are melted. Stir every 3 minutes or so. Stir in peanuts. Drop by teaspoons onto waxed paper. Let set until firm. Store in airtight container. Yields 6-7 dozen.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
