1 pkg. strawberry Jello
1 c. hot water
1 c. heavy cream
1 sm. can (6-8 oz.) crushed pineapple
1/2 c. crushed walnuts (optional)

Boil 1 cup water. Pour over Jello and stir until Jello is dissolved. Add 1 cup heavy cream, pineapple and nuts. Stir. Pour into Jello mold. Chill until set. Serve as jellied salad.
