EASY ROLLING PIE CRUST 
4 c. flour
2 c. shortening
4 tsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1 tbsp. vinegar
Water

Measure flour before sifting into large bowl with other dry ingredients. Cut in shortening. Break egg in a cup, add vinegar then fill cup to 3/4 full with water. Add to flour mixture.

Can be stored in refrigerator for several days.
