HUMMUS 
1 can chick peas (15 oz)
1/3 cup Tahineh Sauce
juice of 2 lemons (5 to 6 tablespoons)
2 small cloves garlic, crushed
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 cup water.

Boil chick peas in juice for 5-minutes. Drain and rinse chick peas. Add all ingredients into blender, except water. Blend until smooth. Add water a bit at a time and blend to get to consistency of a dip.

Serve with pita bread and sliced veggies (carrots, celery sticks, sliced green pepper, sliced cucumber, and onion wedges) and enjoy!
