JANE'S REALLY GREAT HUMMUS DIP 
2 cloves garlic
2 (15 oz. ea.) cans garbanzo beans, drained
1/3 cup Tahini
1/4 cup lemon juice (fresh is best)
1/2 cup water
4 tbsp. olive oil (flavored oils work much better)
1/4 tsp. cayenne powder
1/4 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. salt

Turn on food processor (or blender) and drop in garlic, allowing enough time to mince. Add drained garbanzos, Tahini, lemon juice, water, oil, cayenne powder, cumin and salt. Whirl until smooth. Scrape into a bowl. Drizzle a little more oil on top if desired.

Makes about 3 cups.
