BREAKFAST CASSEROLE | |
2 1/2 c. seasoned croutons 2 c. shredded sharp cheddar cheese 1/4 lb. sliced mushrooms 2 lb. bulk sausage or 2 lb. ham or bacon 6 eggs 2 1/2 c. milk 1 (10 oz.) cream of mushroom soup 3/4 tsp. dry mustard Preheat oven; grease 9 x 11 pan. Arrange croutons in single layer. Sprinkle cheese and mushrooms over croutons. Cook sausage; drain thoroughly. Put meat over cheese. Beat eggs, milk, soup and mustard in bowl. Pour over everything. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until set. Can make overnight in refrigerator. |
