BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. sausage, bacon, or cooked, diced ham
6 eggs
2 c. milk
2 slices bread
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese

Saute and drain sausage or cook and crumble bacon. Cube bread and line a 7 1/2 x 10 1/2 x 2 1/2 inch pan. Sprinkle meat and cheese over bread. Beat eggs with remaining ingredients. Pour over bread. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Start in cold oven set at 350 degrees. Cook 30 to 40 minutes until browned. (1 1/2 recipes fills a 9 x 13 inch and bakes for about 45 minutes.) (Great for company brunches and holidays!)
