SPECIAL BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
3 c. cubed, cooked ham
1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
3 c. French bread, cubed
3 tbsp. butter, melted
3 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. dry mustard
4 eggs
3 c. milk

Grease 13 x 9 inch pan. Layer ham, cheese and bread. Drizzle melted butter over top. Combine flour and mustard. Sprinkle over ham and cheese mix. Beat eggs well, add milk. Pour over ingredients in pan. Cover and refrigerate 4 to 24 hours. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Serves 8.
