BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
3 c. cubed bread
3 c. browned (fried) sausage, ham or bacon
3 c. cheese (Colby)
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. dry mustard
6 beaten eggs
3 tbsp. melted butter
3 c. milk

Combine first 3 ingredients and spread in a 9x13 pan. Sprinkle flour and mustard over all. Beat eggs and mix with butter and milk. Pour over all. Put in refrigerator overnight.

Bake at 350 degrees for 45-60 minutes or until nice and brown and bubbly. Instead of bread, cooked shredded potatoes can be used. Use less milk. Serves 8.
