HAM AND SWISS QUICHE 
2 c. fully cooked, smoked ham, cut up
1/3 c. chopped onion
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/4 tsp. salt, if desired
1/8 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate 10 x 1 1/2 inch; sprinkle ham, cheese and onions in plate. Beat remaining ingredients 15 second in blender on high, or 1 minute with hand beater, until smooth. Pour into plate, bake until golden brown and knife comes out clean. Bake 35-40 minutes; cool 5 minutes. Serves 6.
