Unbaked crust to fill 12-inch springform or quiche pan
3 c. Swiss cheese, grated
1/2 lb. ham, slivered
1/2 lb. bacon, fried and crumbled
7 eggs
1 pt. whipping cream
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
2 dashes Tabasco sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prebake crust 8 minutes. Top pie crust with cheese, ham and bacon. Beat eggs, cream and spices together. Pour over cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 60 minutes or until inserted knife comes out clean. Serves 8.
