HAM & BROCCOLI QUICHE 
1 1/2 c. cubed, cooked ham
1 1/2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
1 c. broccoli florets
4 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 (9 inch) pie shell

Preheat oven to 375°F. Layer ham, cheese & broccoli in crust. In medium bowl combine remaining ingredients and pour over ham/broccoli.

Bake 35 to 45 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
