HAM 'N SWISS BROCCOLI QUICHE 
1 (15 oz.) pkg. Pillsbury all ready pie crusts

FILLING:

1 c. half & half or milk
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 c. cubed, cooked ham
6 oz. shredded Swiss or shredded Cheddar cheese
1 c. fresh broccoli flowerets, blanched, well drained
1 tbsp. chopped onion

TIP: Frozen cut broccoli, thawed and well drained can be substituted for fresh broccoli.

Prepare pie crust according to package directions for filled one-crust pie using 9-inch pie pan.

In medium bowl, combine half & half, eggs, dry mustard and pepper; set aside. Layer ham, cheese, broccoli and onion in pie crust lined pan. Pour egg mixture over ham, cheese and broccoli. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes; cut into wedges. Garnish as desired. Refrigerate any remaining quiche. 6 to 8 servings.
