BROCCOLI QUICHE 
1 deep-dish pie shell (unbaked)
4 slightly beaten eggs
1 c. half and half or milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. thyme
9 oz. pkg. frozen cut broccoli, thawed
3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
3/4 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese

Combine eggs, half and half, salt and thyme; set aside.

In pie shell, layer the broccoli, Cheddar cheese and Monterey Jack cheese. Pour egg mixture over top.

Bake at 350°F for 40 to 50 minutes until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes before cutting. Serve with fruit.
