HAM AND SWISS QUICHE 
2 c. fully cooked ham, cut up
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
1/3 c. green onion, chopped
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 10 inch pie plate. Sprinkle ham, cheese and onions in the plate. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth (15 seconds) in blender on high or 1 minute with hand mixer. Pour into pie plate. Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, 35 to 40 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before serving.

I am cooking this recipe in the oven right now. I set the oven on 400°F but since I am using an old fashion Pyrex glass pie dish , I thought I better turn the oven down to at least 375°F and watch the quiche very carefully so it doesn't burn.
