CINNAMON MUFFINS 
1 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 beaten egg
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Sift dry ingredients. Mix egg, oil and milk together. Add to dry ingredients. Stir just enough to moisten. Fold in chopped pecans. Fill greased muffin pan 2/3 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Yields 12 muffins.
