CINNAMON MUFFINS 
1 c. sugar
2 c. flour
3 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. milk
1/2 c. Crisco oil
2 eggs

Combine dry ingredients and sift together. Mix all liquids and combine quickly with dry ingredients. Bake in greased muffin tins at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Dough keeps well in refrigerator for 7-10 days in Tupperware.
