SQUASH CASSEROLE 
3-4 c. yellow squash, cooked & drained
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. bell pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
Salt, pepper, garlic salt to taste
Ritz crackers

Mix together cooked squash, sour cream, bell pepper and onion. Season to taste with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Put in casserole dish and cover with crushed Ritz crackers. Dot with butter. Bake for 35 minutes at 450 degrees.
