SPRING GARDEN DIP 
1/4 c. green peppers, minced
1/4 c. green onions, minced
1/4 c. cucumber, minced
1/4 c. radishes, minced
1/4 c. celery, minced
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. white pepper
1 clove garlic, minced

Mince vegetables and drain on paper toweling. Blend sour cream with remaining ingredients and stir in minced vegetables. Serve with crackers or fresh vegetables. Yields 2 1/2 to 3 cups.
